This is the largest Cracked Glass embellishment I made in my last creative sideline. I did not crack this one too much because I was afraid that I would lose some pieces from the middle section. I love how it has wonderful colour and depth. I started with an A2 black card. I found this wonderful paper that worked very well with the poppy but it had too much white in it so I simply applied a yellow colour wash to it and it worked so much better. I trimmed it to size for my background, tore the bottom edge at an angle and adhered it to my card front. I adhered my "cracked glass" poppy embellishment (Calico Collage) with double sided tape and then added three little black dots (circle punchies) below it on the right hand side. Done!! I love the colours of this card and its simple elegance. Therese

SISTER STASH - Christmas card with glittery ornaments, wavy glittered paper and a small Merry Christmas greeting
For this card I started with a large red card and pieced together a layer made up from the ornaments paper and the wavy glittery paper. It was fun to be able to use to pieces with the peachy ornaments on them. I added a very thin strip of red cardstock just below the first star ornaments which I adhered with white glue. I found this little Merry Christmas in my stash, rounded its corners and mounted it over the red strip using 3D foam tape. Therese
