Love how this one turned out!!! I started with a blue card and added the background using two pieces of floral gift wrap with a strip of embossed vellum between them. I added four rows of paper piercing with my pattern tracing wheel to
the photo and then layered it with blue cardstock before adding it to my card front using 3D foam tape. Therese
