Slow Stitching kits for Christmas

I made up two slow stitching kits for special people this Christmas season.  There is a larger backer, 7" batting and front layer and then three squares in decreasing sizes which they can arrange as they see fit and slow stitch to the front piece.  I provided some coordinating embroidery thread not sure if they would be able to find what they need in their stash.  Once all the hand stitching is done they will be able to self bind these little trivets and use them on their dinner tables.  They would also make large mug rugs if they are so inclined!!
