For this set I used Christmas fabric scraps that had more of a plum/purple colour scheme and I found enough to make a set of two. I dug into my stash of purple cottons to find something for the backing. This was the closest match - I do not have a large supply of purple fabrics!!! Again, three layers of flannel for the batting and I bound by wrapping the backing to the front and stitching it down. A little different but still works for the holidays!! Therese
