Our oldest daughter and her DH are celebrating their anniversary soon and I made this card for them! I started with a navy card, added a hand decorated background, a layered embossed rectangle under which I added four little strips of silver metallic cardstock. After all these pieces were in place I added two fussy cut embossed hearts which we stamped on a piece of decorative paper. Therese
