All occasion card with a cute duckling photo, a hand made background and eyelets and vellum embellishments

Love this cute little duckling photo!!  I started with a blue card and added the handmade background (blue pigment ink with a watercolour wash) which was perfect!!!  I added a strip of torn vellum and a strip of blue cardstock.  I added paper piercing to the 4" x 4" image then added six little eyelets before I mounted it to my card front using 3D foam tape.  Would make a great baby card!!!
