For both of these pink cards I used a cute image of a baby in a blanket on the clothesline (
Pixabay) which I colour printed. I added a line of paper piercing around the edges using my pattern tracing wheel. For the top one a created a paper pieced background and then embossed it with Swiss Dots (CB). I tied on a length of coordinating decorative fiber before adding it to my light purple card. I layered the image, scored a line, trimmed the bottom edge with scallop decorative scissors and then paper pierced each scallop with a push pin. Mounted this focal element to my card using 3D foam tape.
For my second card, I created a pieced background on a white card using coordinating pink paper scraps. I mounted my baby image to a layer of dark pink cardstock leaving extra on the right. I trimmed the end with a border punch, tied a length of coordinating fiber and then mounted it to my card front with 3D foam tape.
Always fun to spend time in my craft room being creative!! Therese
